CALCIUM-MAX TWO PART 32oz set CALCIUM-MAX TWO PART 32oz set
CALCIUM-MAX PART A
Calcium-Max is the cationic counterpart to Alkalinity-Max.
It consists of all the major and minor cations that constitute total hardness. Calcium is the major hardness ion. It alone makes up to 50,000 mg litre. The balance of the cations are: Magnesium, Strontium and Barium. These elements along with potassium, Lithium and Boron and other cationic trace elements are proportioned to imitate the same ratios, with respect to Calcium, as found in natural oceanic seawater. That means, when the Calcium is consumed down to the standard seawater level, the remains are nothing but seawater. Each litre combination of Calcium-Max and Alkalinity-Max can produce 125g (4.5oz) of calcareous growth.
Directions: Test Calcium and Alkalinity levels and dose before lights come on to avoid Ph swings. Shake well before use and add directly to the aquarium in a strong water fl ow area for dispersal.
Dose equal amounts of both A & B and wait about an hour before re-testing to allow for mixing. Target levels are between 400-450 ppm Calcium and 3-4 meq/L alkalinity. Do not dose more than 1
mL/gal in a 24 hour period. Suggested starter dosing: 50 Gallon (227 litre) aquarium. 3mL solution per 8 Gallons (36 litres) of aquarium water
15mL Calcium-Max part A
15mL Alkalinity-Max part B

ALKALINITY-MAX PART B
Alkalinity-Max is the anionic counterpart to Calcium-Max.
It consists of the elements that contribute to total alkalinity.
Carbonate, Bicarbonate and Hydroxide alkalinity are the major ions. They make up 2,500 milliequivalents of alkalinity per litre. Along with these anions are also, Sulphates, Bromides, Fluorides,
Iodides and other anionic traces, all in proper ratios with the respect to total alkalinity. When all the alkalinity is consumed down to the standard seawater level all that remains is seawater.
Directions: Test Calcium and Alkalinity levels and dose before lights come on to avoid Ph swings. Shake well before use and add to the aquarium in a strong water fl ow area for dispersal. Dose
equal amounts of both A & B and wait about an hour before re-testing to allow for mixing. Target levels are 400-450ppm Calcium and 3-4 meq/L alkalinity. Do not dose more than 1mL/gallon in a
24 hour period. Suggested Starter Dosing: 50 gallon (227 litre) aquarium 3mL solution per 8 gallons (36 Litres) of aquarium water

IRON PLUS 16oz IRON PLUS 16oz
IRON PLUS
Iron and other metal ions, play essential roles in metabolic processes of algae, vertebrates and invertebrates. The free cations are not stable for any length of time except in very minute
concentrations. Hence the oceans contain only traces of these substances. However, since the water mass is so great, even trace quantities are available in sufficient bulk to meet requirements. This
is not the case in captive systems. The bulk trace quantity of the metals is extremely small and can be depleted in hours through protein skimming and natural biological processes.
IRON PLUS consists of free metal ions and is Ph stabilised to maintain that condition.
Contents: 16 fl oz (470ml)

Reef Marine Iodine plus 16oz Reef Marine Iodine plus 16oz
Traces in seawater appear in specific forms. The Reef Marine IODINE PLUS complex provides Iodine and the other forms of, at the ratios they occur in the oceans.
Iodine exists in the reduced and oxidised state. The interaction between these states, depending on Ph and Redox, maintains a minute concentration of free iodine. This form is most easily utilised, but is also, a strong oxidiser and can only be present in
very small quantities. The use of IODINE PLUS allows this to take place. The complex also, contains boron, molybdenum and vanadium and this mix mimics the form of these elements as they appear in the oceans.

Reef Marine Ionic Calcium 16oz Reef Marine Ionic Calcium 16oz
IONIC CALCIUM
Molluscs such as snails and clams remove calcium from the water as they build shells.
Along with the Calcium and Carbonate other substances will be removed to form the structure of Calcite Calcium. Liquid Calcite is a derivative of this form of calcium and does not affect Ph or adversely affect system salinity.
Each bottle contains sufficient calcium to produce almost ninety grams of shell weight.
Each 30ml will raise the free calcium level in 8 gallons (36ltrs) of water by 60 ppm.
Contents: 16 fl oz (470ml)

Liquid Aragonite 16oz Liquid Aragonite 16oz
Calcium is the essential ingredient that allows stony corals to build hard rock structures. As the living coral polyps extract that element from the surrounding
Coral reef water, they also, incorporate trace substances, such as magnesium, strontium and barium along with the carbonates that enhance growth.
Liquid Aragonite is a derivative of aragonitic calcium and does not affect Ph or adversely affect system salinity.
Each bottle supplies enough free Calcium and essential trace elements to deposit nearly 90 grams of aragonite. Each 30 ml will raise the Calcium level in 8 gallons (36ltrs) of water by 60ppm.
Contents: 16 fl oz (470ml)

Reef Marine Magnesium Concentrate 16oz Reef Marine Magnesium Concentrate 16oz
CONCENTRATED MAGNESIUM

Calcium and Magnesium are essential elements in the chemistry of seawater. In general the further the magnesium concentration drops from natural seawater levels the more difficult it becomes to maintain adequate levels of calcium and alkalinity.
Reef Marine Magnesium concentrate will safely elevate depleted levels fast. Each bottle contains more than 45,000 mg of magnesium ions, and 1.5 ml will raise one
gallon (4.5 lts) by 15ppm
May be used in conjunction with Calcium-Max part A & B to maintain an ionic residual.

Directions: Shake well before use and add directly to the aquarium in a strong water flow area for dispersal. Always test system water with a reliable test kit and add as required, especially if levels have fallen below the nominal 1350ppm seawater level.
Contents: 16 fl oz (470ml)

Reef Marine Omega 3 1/2floz Reef Marine Omega 3 1/2floz
OMEGA 3 PLUS

A complex of natural lipids, fatty acids and oil soluble vitamins that are, essential for tissue metabolism in living organisms, both invertebrate and vertebrate. These fatty acids and vitamins are quickly depleted from well filtered closed systems and should be replaced on a regular basis.
Directions: one drop per 20 gallons (90 ltrs) on a daily basis in a strong water flow area for dispersal.
Contents: ½ fl oz (15ml)
